Nat (she/her)

Nat, the founder of SAOR studio, is dedicated to providing inspiring and uplifting classes. With a focus on helping you feel good, her classes are designed to challenge you both physically and mentally. Nat is passionate about empowering women, guiding them to discover their inner strength and power. Her unique style of movement combines Pilates with high intensity bursts, offering an energetic release. Set to invigorating and emotion-driven music, each class will elevate the vibration of your being. Prepare for a vigorous workout that nourishes your mind, body, and soul.

Sylvia (she/her)

Sylvia’s classes are a joyful expression of feminine strength and energy. Her love of music and moving to the beat resonates through her teaching. Each class incorporates Pilates strengthening efforts with blasts of high intensity energy. Sylvia will encourage you to move in new ways, inviting you to get curious about how you can show up and challenge yourself. You will appreciate the beauty that can be found in discomfort and feel connected within.

Remy (she/her)

Remy’s classes embody her energetic soul and undeniable passion for movement. Her optimistic outlook and deep appreciation of the ability to move her body is infused in each of her classes, creating an empowering and joyful experience. Her classes are a combination of full body, HIIT and mindful Pilates based strengthening efforts. You will be encouraged to challenge yourself and find a way to move that brings you just the right combination of joy and empowerment. 

Lindsay (she/her)

Lindsay’s classes are an empowering balance of mindful movement and soul cleansing release. Expect a physically challenging core-centred class combining the flow of yoga with the power of Pilates and joyful free movement. Her aim is to strengthen the whole self, leaving you feeling strong and at ease, grounded and free. She is committed to providing you with just the right combination of energy out and energy in efforts that allow you to fully arrive in your own human experience. 

Emily (she/her)

Emily’s classes celebrate the joy of movement while cultivating a strong mind-body connection. Her love of movement and passion to share this positive energy with others is evident in every class she teaches. Expect a creative and challenging blend of Pilates based exercises using props to deepen your efforts. Your attention will be drawn inward to your core, breath and form to strengthen your entire physical self. Emily’s classes will leave you feeling invigorated, centred and strong.

Margot (she/her)

A long-time practitioner and experienced yoga instructor, Margot's philosophy is to make yoga accessible for all ages and bodies.  Her empowering and compassionate approach is respectful of yogic tradition and encourages you to honour the strengths and limitations of the body you are practicing with today. You will leave Margot’s flow classes feeling centred, refreshed and alive. Your body and mind will thank you for the experience.

Kathleen (she/her)

Kathleen's classes provide a perfect balance of effort and self care. Her own journey from injury to strength informs her intuitive approach to movement and she is passionate about making movement accessible for every woman. You will experience mindful yet challenging Pilates based efforts that encourage you to listen to your body. Kathleen uses each class as an opportunity to help you ground and then rise into your own strength and potential, both on and off your mat. 

Jina (she/her)

Jina’s classes offer an uplifting experience of energy, self-love and fun. Her own journey is rooted in compassion and honouring the body through intuitive movement. She has a deep sense of gratitude for her body’s ability to move, whatever that may look like each new day.  While Jina’s classes are an energetic blend of full body HIIT efforts, she will always encourage you to move mindfully. You will be encouraged to stay in the possibility of what your mind and body can achieve.

Christina (she/her)

Christina’s classes offer a combination of mindful movement and empowering intensity to ignite the body and feed the soul. She delivers a wide variety of exercises to create a strong foundation while activating slow twitch muscle fibres to increase support and prevent injury. Expect soulful music with an uplifting beat that will motivate you to push further than you thought possible. Christina’s classes will leave you feeling grounded in your body and open in your heart.

Lisa (she/her)

Lisa is passionate about movement and its ability to heal both the mind and physical body.  Discovering a deep love of fitness after becoming a mother, she believes it is never too late to grow into the person you want to be.  From this open-hearted space, she is dedicated to inspiring confidence and self-love in others through her fun and challenging movement classes. In Lisa’s classes you will be encouraged to mindfully step outside of your comfort zone and into new strength.  

Alana (she/her)

Alana’s classes are an uplifting experience harnessing the powerful combination of mindful movement and music to shift you into an open-hearted state. Her own journey towards greater self compassion and self-love allows her vulnerability and openness to shine through in each of her classes. To Alana, music and movement are the best kind of medicine and using these tools she will shift you into new energy, no matter what the day brings. 

Susanna (she/her)

Susanna’s classes ignite your ability and desire to move in different ways. She inspires self-awareness and freedom to arrive as you are. Through music and full expression efforts, she’ll inspire a desire to go deeper, in mind and body while listening to your own inner whisper and needs. Growth is her goal for you, and she believes movement is a catalyst. Get ready to get curious and challenge yourself, walking sweaty, smiling and stronger out of class!

Alaina (she/her)

Alaina’s classes offer space to connect to true self. For her, movement is a place to be fearless and present, without getting caught up in expectation. As a long time yoga practitioner and instructor, she uses breath and posture to shift awareness inward and balance the nervous system. Her classes inspire mindful movement in order to create new spaces to feel, accept, grow and shift.

Amanda(she/her)

Amanda's classes are energetic and supportive. She creates a space for you to freely move your body, releasing unwanted energies and inviting fresh perspectives. Amanda firmly believes in the transformative power of movement as a healing tool, while emphasizing the importance of finding balance through stillness. After attending Amanda's classes, you'll feel grounded, refreshed, and empowered.

Sofia (she/her)

A psychologist, movement instructor, and Zen Buddhist, Sofia integrates mind and body to provide a holistic experience. She encourages introspection and inner healing through the subtle body. Her classes are inclusive and accessible, rooted in empathy and compassion. Sofia's unique blend of mindfulness, movement, and psychology empowers you to embrace the present moment and cultivate self-awareness for lasting well-being.

Laura (she/her)

Laura is a passionate enthusiast of Latin music and all sports, finding joy in physical movement and the energy it brings. In her SAOR classes, Laura aims to provide an invigorating full-body workout with upbeat tunes while focusing on strengthening both the body and mind. You’ll feel challenged, inspired and uncover new levels of strength. Join her in a class and leave feeling alive, uplifted, connected, and centered, embracing the joy available to you in movement.

Lia (she/her)

Lia is dedicated to inspiring and empowering others through the transformative power of movement. With a deep passion for self-expression and release, she utilizes her own experiences and contagious energy to create an uplifting and motivating environment for her class. Her Deep desire is to help others find comfort and happiness in using their bodies, and to ultimately experience the same transformative effects that movement has had on her own life.
