Cynthia, a lifelong wellness enthusiast, believes in movement as a powerful tool for mindfulness, stress relief, and self-discovery. With a background in Ashtanga yoga, extensive experience teaching vinyasa, and a SAOR Teacher Training certification, she creates classes that challenge both body and mind. Her sessions encourage you to push past perceived limits, embrace the joy of movement, and connect with your most authentic self. Set to energizing music, each class is designed to leave you feeling strong, balanced, and empowered.
