Lynn Kerrigan (she/her)

Lynn is passionate about sharing the power of yoga, mindful movement, and presence. Her classes are grounding, intentional, and designed to help you reconnect with your body while building strength and inner calm. A lifelong learner, Lynn is a 300-hour certified Yoga Instructor with additional training in Pre & Postnatal Yoga, Children’s & Family Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Flowyoga. With years of experience supporting women as a prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher and birth doula, she creates a supportive space where students feel empowered to honour their bodies and move with strength, grace, and compassion.
