Two Hour Restore

During this extended Restorative Yoga class, we invite you to gently shift from doing into simply being. In a world that often asks for constant output, this practice offers space to pause, soften, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. With minimal external stimulation and thoughtfully supported postures, your body is given the opportunity to fully release held tension while your mind begins to settle.

As you rest, the nervous system is encouraged to move out of a heightened, stress-driven state and into one of calm and restoration. This can support improved sleep, reduced anxiety, and an overall sense of balance. By cultivating internal awareness, you may also notice a greater connection to your breath, your body, and the subtle signals that often go unheard in busier moments.

This practice isn’t about stretching further or achieving more, it’s about allowing. Allowing the body to be supported, the mind to quiet, and the breath to deepen naturally. Over time, this kind of intentional rest can enhance recovery, improve focus, and create a foundation for more mindful movement in your daily life.

Optional hands-on assists will be offered to deepen your experience, providing gentle support that can help you settle more fully into each posture and into a state of profound relaxation.
