Cello + Restore
Led by Margot’s thoughtful approach and supported by Rachel’s intuitive cello music, this restore session creates a deeply grounding experience. You’ll move through gentle, intentional sequences designed to ease tension and create space in both body and mind. Calming practices are woven throughout, encouraging a sense of softness, presence, and reconnection within. Rachel’s live cello becomes an integral part of the experience, moving with you and enhancing each moment. Her playing offers more than a backdrop, it helps guide the nervous system toward a quieter, more settled state, allowing relaxation to unfold more naturally.
Space & Stillness: A Restorative Practice with Ear Seeding
Join us for a calming, restorative class to help you unwind, release tension, and reconnect. Through gentle movement and grounding practices, you’ll be guided into a deeper sense of ease, leaving you feeling balanced and restored.
To enhance your experience, complimentary ear seeding will be offered by Simone Pirita, ND, and hosted by Ellen Matheson of The Calm on Dundas. Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, this subtle practice supports the nervous system and deepens relaxation.
Teacher Training : Tone + Training Essentials (Weekend 3)
In our final immersive weekend, we’ll focus on the art of teaching, exploring class design, structure, and delivery. You’ll dive into the Tone methodology and learn to lead sessions that flow seamlessly, uplift participants, and support safety and nervous system regulation through the SAOR approach.
Reiki + Rest
Join Amanda for a two-hour restorative yoga workshop centred on deep rest, relaxation, and gentle renewal. This session is designed to help you slow down and reset through supported, restorative yoga poses that calm the nervous system and invite ease into the body. You’ll be guided to rest comfortably while focusing on breath, stillness, and mindful awareness.
Teacher Training : Pilates + Core Connection (Weekend 2)
This immersive weekend continues our Teacher Training journey, deepening your understanding of the SAOR methodology through Pilates and mindful movement. You’ll learn to integrate foundational exercises into classes—including high-energy Pilates Cardio—while refining choreography, biomechanics, and safe, effective cueing. Together, we’ll grow in a supportive space that builds confidence, skill, and connection.
Teacher Training : SAOR Methodology (Weekend 1)
At the heart of our classes is the SAOR methodology, a framework rooted in vulnerability, connection, and purposeful flow. This immersive weekend invites you to explore our guiding principles, dive into HIIT and anatomy, and create your own Move + Sweat class. Come curious, no teaching experience needed, and leave connected, confident, and inspired to innovate.
