Join Amanda for a two-hour restorative yoga workshop centred on deep rest, relaxation, and gentle renewal. This session is designed to help you slow down and reset through supported, restorative yoga poses that calm the nervous system and invite ease into the body. You’ll be guided to rest comfortably while focusing on breath, stillness, and mindful awareness.
During the workshop, Amanda will move quietly through the room offering optional, light hands-on or hands-off supportive touch. This approach is meant to enhance relaxation and help release tension, but participation is always by choice and can be experienced simply as a calming presence. You are welcome to engage with this aspect in whatever way feels most comfortable to you.
