Lift (Small Group) is designed for those who want the impact of private training with the energy of community. With a maximum class size of 8, each session offers personalized instruction that meets you where you are and helps you progress safely.
Using heavy weights (15-50 lbs), expert coaching by Jenna, and purposeful programming, these Lift (small-group) classes focus on science-backed movement patterns and foundational strength gains in major muscle groups. This new series is ideal for anyone looking to increase muscle strength, improve bone density, and build functional power for everyday life.
Program Details
Each session is sold as a 5-week series - you pick one day and save your spot in that class.
If you miss a class, you can make it up within the 5 weeks.

How to Sign Up
Step 1: Open the SAOR App and locate the series you’d like to join.
Step 2: Register and complete your purchase when prompted. Add yourself to the recurring day/time you wish to schedule.
