Very Berry Smoothie

Ingredients (for 2 servings): 

  • 1 cup strawberry, sliced

  • ½ cup banana

  • ½ cup blackberry

  • ½ cup raspberry

  • 1 ½ cups of almond milk

  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp honey

  • ½ cup frozen cauliflower

     

Directions:

  1. Put fruit in a freezer bag. Seal and store in freezer for up to 8-12 months.

  2. When ready to use, add remaining ingredients and frozen fruit into a blender and mix until consistency is smooth.
