Starting this fall, I will be offering one-with-one counselling sessions as part of my practicum as I work towards my Master’s degree. These sessions are rooted in a person-centred approach, which is just a way of saying: I trust you. I trust that you already carry the wisdom you need, and my role is simply to walk alongside you, to listen deeply, and to hold space with compassion, curiosity, and non-judgment. I won’t tell you what to do. I won’t try to fix you. I believe you’re already whole, even when you feel a little lost.
This is a space for anyone who is moving through change, feeling stuck, or simply tired of navigating discomfort alone. Maybe you are holding something heavy. Maybe you are in a season of not knowing. Or maybe you want to feel more like yourself again. You don’t need to have a perfect story or clear goals to show up with me. You just need to be human.
Counselling with me won’t feel clinical or cold. It’s more like sitting across from someone who truly sees you, who honours the messy, beautiful work of being alive. It is a space to pause, to breathe, to let the armour down. Over time, this kind of honest, gentle space can help you hear your voice more clearly and begin to move forward in ways that feel true to you.
I’ll be offering a small number of sessions beginning in the fall. If this resonates with you, I would love to invite you to join the waitlist below. You will be the first to know when booking opens.
