Psychotherapy with Nat

Beginning this September, I’ll be offering one-with-one counselling sessions as part of my practicum, as I work toward becoming a registered Psychotherapist through my Master’s in Psychology.

These sessions are grounded in a person-centred approach, which is really just another way of saying: I trust you. I believe you already carry the wisdom you're looking for. My role is to walk alongside you, to listen deeply, and to hold space with compassion, curiosity, and care as we uncover what’s true for you. I won’t give you advice or try to fix you, because you’re not broken. And I believe you're ready, even when you're feeling a little lost.

These sessions are for anyone moving through change, feeling stuck, or simply tired of carrying it all alone. Maybe you're holding something heavy. Maybe you're in a season of uncertainty. Or maybe you're just longing to feel more like yourself again. You don’t need a perfect reason or clear goals to begin. You just need to be human.

Ready isn’t a feeling, it’s a decision.

This is a space where you can pause, breathe, and slowly begin to let the armour down. Over time, this kind of honest, gentle space can help you hear your own voice more clearly and begin to move forward in ways that feel real and right for you.

Bookings are now open, with a small number of sessions available starting September 1st. If this resonates with you, I’d be honoured to work together. You can book a session using the link below. And if someone in your life might benefit from this kind of support, please feel free to share this invitation.

If you have any questions, I’m just an email away. I look forward to connecting with you.
