SAOR

A Gaelic term meaning to find release and be free. Our signature class is a fusion of high-intensity training and mindful Pilates strengthening efforts set to fresh, invigorating and emotion-driven music. Together, let’s elevate the vibration of your energy with a vigorous workout for the mind, body and soul. Full permission to feel vulnerable in this unconventional class, for it’s within vulnerability that we find new strength. Levels: SAOR express, SAOR + surrender (45 min + 15 min stretch).

TONE

Our barre-inspired Tone classes help sculpt your body while strengthening functional muscles to uncover increased balance and supportive strength. We focus on your lower body while shedding inhibitions and distractions of outside expectations. Our class is fuelled by fresh beats that keep you moving past that intense burn into new strength.

PILATES CARDIO

This class is a fusion of challenging high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and Pilates strengthening efforts designed to create a stronger core system, lean muscle strength, improve cardio, and cleanse your soul. Our time together will help you unblock whatever is weighing you down, encourage an open heart and a more energized self.

TIGHT SWEAT

This high-energy, sweat-dripping, heart-pounding interval training (HIIT) class is designed to improve strength, cardiovascular endurance, build lean muscle and get results fast. Our time together is just the self-love you crave and will help you regain a fresh perspective on your ability to move more freely. Modifications are provided so all levels can maximize this time together.

Lift

This 45-minute resistance class is designed to build muscle. It is a total body workout focused on lifting heavier weights (12-20 lbs) to counteract our muscles natural decline. These classes are small and our focus is on proper alignment so you can maximize your efforts. Slow down with us and lets build endurance and strength together.

SLOWBURN

This class is an accessible mat Pilates-based workout designed to create a stronger core powerhouse, long lean muscle strength, improve your mobility and help you slow down. Our time together will help you move more mindfully and with greater awareness, encouraging an open heart and a more energized self. Levels: Slowburn and Slowburn + stretch (45 min + 15 min stretch)

RESTORE

Our Restore classes are designed to help you rinse out old beliefs and create space in the mind to feel grounded, present, and powerful in your life. You will practice slowing down, recovering and resting during our time together, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and in a calmer state of mind. This is an opportunity to tune in and listen to what you need in this moment.

FLOW

In our accessible Flow class, we move through a creative sequence of sun salutations and strengthening postures linking breath to movement. There is a strong focus on breath, alignment, functional movement and mindfulness. Our time together will leave you feeling grounded, more balanced and ready to meet the day with renewed energy.

 
 

SAOR studio acknowledges that we are on the traditional territory of many nations including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat peoples. The studio also acknowledges that this land is covered by Treaty 13 signed with the Mississaugas of the Credit, and the Williams Treaties signed with multiple Mississaugas and Chippewa bands.
