Lift (Small Group) Training
Lift (Small Group) is designed for those who want the impact of private training with the energy of community. With a maximum class size of 8, each session offers personalized instruction that meets you where you are and helps you progress safely.
Using heavy weights (15-50 lbs), expert coaching, and purposeful programming, these Lift (small-group) classes focus on science-backed movement patterns and foundational strength gains in major muscle groups. This new series is ideal for anyone looking to increase muscle strength, improve bone density, and build functional power for everyday life.
Program Details
Each session is sold as a 5-week series.
Once purchased, you are automatically enrolled in the class of your choice for all 5 weeks.
Series purchases cannot be exchanged, transferred, or prorated.
If you miss a class, you can make it up within the 5 weeks.

Monday’s 10:30 am | January 5 – February 9
Wednesday’s 7:00 am | January 7 – February 11
Friday’s 10:30 am | January 9 – February 13
Saturday’s 10:30 am | January 10 – February 14
How to Sign Up
Step 1: Open the SAOR App and locate the series you’d like to join (find the first week of January in the schedule).
Step 2: Register and complete your purchase when prompted.
Step 3: If you don’t see the series listed in your upcoming reservations, or if you encounter any issues, please email the studio.
