Purple’icious Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen banana
1 large zucchini (yellow or peel green skin off to avoid a brown smoothie)
1/2 cup celery
2 tsp chia seeds or flax seed
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a blender with the liquid on the very bottom.
Blend well and enjoy right away.
