Goji Berry Protein Balls
Ingredients (8 balls):
1 serving of plant based vanilla protein powder
1/3 cup of goji berries
1 tablespoon of cashew butter
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
¼ cup of milled flaxseed
Milk of choice to bind the ingredients
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and roll in coconut. Best kept in fridge.
