Goji Berry Protein Balls

Ingredients (8 balls):  

  • 1 serving of plant based vanilla protein powder

  • 1/3 cup of goji berries

  • 1 tablespoon of cashew butter

  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut

  • ¼ cup of milled flaxseed

  • Milk of choice to bind the ingredients

 Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients and roll in coconut. Best kept in fridge.
