Designed to build your confidence and technique in Lift classes, Jenna will guide you through the key movement patterns behind foundational movements. You’ll learn how to modify safely, choose the right weight for your goals, and understand why mobility is essential for building strength.
Reiki + Rest
Join Amanda for a two-hour restorative yoga workshop devoted to deep rest, relaxation, and gentle renewal through supported poses that calm the nervous system. You’ll be guided with breath and mindful awareness, with optional light supportive reiki touch to enhance ease and release tension - always by choice.
Two Hour Restore
Restorative yoga is a practice that invites balance, deep relaxation, and rejuvenation by supporting the nervous system and easing stress. Through gentle, floor-based sequences with bolsters and props, you’ll be guided into stillness with breathwork, unwinding, light hands-on support, self-massage, and yoga nidra.
