Our new Women’s Health NOURISH program is designed to provide you with tools to inspire a balanced lifestyle and support the unique nutrition, movement and vitality needs of your 28-day cycle.

Our cycle and ever-changing hormones are a powerful resource when we choose to acknowledge and support them. Use our time together to understand your cycle, get curious about the habits that are serving you and better identify where you can create meaningful change to feel nourished, balanced and aligned in your body, mind and spirit.

This program will help you better understand the 4 phases of your cycle; menstrual, follicular, ovulation, luteal. During each phase your body experiences specific hormonal shifts. We will provide you with tools that help explore different lifestyle choices (movement, nutrition, sleep, resilience, connection) that will allow you to feel empowered to choose what best serves you throughout your entire cycle.

Following this cycle specific NOURISH program will help you feel more energized and gain improved clarity surrounding your daily decisions. You will feel confident in your ability to tune into the language of your body and honour what you need. Following this program will also help you reduce or eliminate persistent menstrual symptoms like bloating, headaches, irritability, emotional mood swings, cramps etc…

Sweet & Salty Energy Ball Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds

  • 1 cup flaxseeds (raw or ground)

  • 1/2 cup vegan plant protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)

  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

  • pinch of sea salt

  • 3/4 cup peanut butter or almond butter

  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup  

Directions:

  • In a food processor, combine pumpkin seeds, flaxseed, protein powder, coconut and sea salt. Blend until finely ground and crumbly. 

  • Add in the peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup and blend until well combined and the mixture starts to form into one big ball in the food processor bowl. 

  • Use a spoon or ice cream scoop to form into balls

  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes and then enjoy. Keep any leftovers in the fridge.
