Teacher Training: Restore

This weekend is designed to help you understand the deeper why behind restorative practices - how they support healing, balance the nervous system, and counteract the effects of chronic stress. Through stillness, breath, and intentional movement, we’ll tap into the body’s innate capacity to restore itself.

We will deepen our awareness of nervous system regulation and explore how to lead experiences that center calm, connection, and care. You’ll learn to guide others through sessions that are grounding, soothing, and intentionally designed to bring people back to center.

Whether for your own personal practice or to lead a group through Restorative movement we will come together to learn what it truly means to slow down, recalibrate, and renew both body and mind.
