Our Fall Teen Program is a holistic wellness experience designed specifically for girls in Grades 6–8. Guided by Susanna di Cesare, a trainer at SAOR and a certified Youth Wellness and Resilience Coach, this series offers a supportive space for girls to explore who they are and what they’re capable of becoming.

Each 90-minute weekly session blends mindful movement, meditation, and guided journaling to help participants connect with themselves and each other. Drawing on practices we use on our mats at SAOR, this program gives girls tangible tools to carry with them through their teenage years.

There are two series offered - Wildly You, followed by Wildly Being - details of the programs can be found below.

Dates offered:

  • WILDLY YOU: Tuesday | 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm | September 29 - October 27

  • WILDLY BEING: Tuesday | 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm | November 3 - December 1

Cost

WILDLY YOU

  • Week 1 – Wildly You. Exploring who we are beyond what we have or do, and building a foundation in the belief that we are enough, just as we are.

  • Week 2 – Meeting Yourself. Exploring our thoughts and self-talk, challenging limiting beliefs, and learning to shift our inner dialogue toward thoughts that empower us.

  • Week 3 – Hearing Your Heart. Making space for our emotions and discovering how feeling fully can become a source of strength, connection, and resilience.

  • Week 4 – Noticing Your Needs. Learning to recognize what we need, communicate those needs, and understand the people and resources that can support us.

  • Week 5 – Personality Potential. Exploring different personality archetypes, recognizing the qualities we admire, and discovering how to cultivate more of what feels authentically us.

WILDING BEING

  • Week 1 – Soul Searching. Connecting with our inner wisdom while exploring self-care, energy, and practices that help us support ourselves.

  • Week 2 – Connecting with Others + Thriving Friendships. Exploring what makes friendships supportive and how to show up for others while honouring our own needs.

  • Week 3 – Leadership. Discovering that everyone can lead, exploring different leadership styles, and finding the ways we naturally contribute and make an impact.

  • Week 4 – Dream Big. Listening to our own voices, identifying what we need to thrive, and planting seeds for the hopes, ideas, and dreams we want to grow.

  • Week 5 – In Action. Bringing it all together with tools for continued growth, resilience, self-compassion, and navigating the inevitable bumps along the way.
