Challenge Me - 21 days on your terms
The desire to experience change is present, and we plan to use this motivation to our advantage to experience the transformation we know we are capable of. Each and every challenge we take on provides us with an opportunity to experience meaningful growth in our lives.
Let’s begin by acknowledging that we are all different and need our own terms to feel challenged. So go ahead, pause and dig deep within yourself. What’s a commitment you can make and keep to grow in the direction you know you are capable of moving?
Join us for a special 21-day Challenge Me effort and see what’s possible when you commit to reaching your goals this winter. The challenge is FREE to join, and you can use your class passes or membership to join us in the studio if that’s part of your commitment.
How to participate:
Sign up for our Challenge Me commitment below (free). Kicks off Jan 15th (Blue Monday).
Choose a commitment that you’ll stick to for the next 21 days. It’s unique to you and what you need to flourish.
For example:
Move my body with purpose 3 times a week and carve out 20 minutes a day for mindfulness.
Cold Plunge every day, take 2 restore classes a week and journal daily.
Walk in nature each day, take 2 mindful movement classes and 1 high-energy class a week.
Carve out 1 hour each day and do something that brings me joy.
Connect with a friend, move my body and spend meaningful time with my kids for 15 min each a day.
